In the role of Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing front desk coverage, greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing calls, and providing administrative support to the executive and management team.

About The Position

  • Provide front desk coverage and assigned location.
  • Greet and check in and assist visitors and applicants in accordance with Signature Performance visitor access policies, portraying a professional image at all times
  • Answer calls, promptly and professionally, using a multi-line phone. Answer routine questions and route calls to the appropriate staff.
  • Provide administrative support in a variety of functions to an individual, team, department, or other group in an organization at the assigned location
  • Assists with overall administrative projects and initiatives as directed by the Administrative Manager.
  • Collect items for courier and ensure they are picked up daily
  • Prepare monthly supply orders and maintain office supply inventory under the direction of the Facilities Coordinator.
  • Assist the Facilities coordinator in scheduling maintenance items and maintain relationships with
  • property management and outside vendors (cleaning service, postage machine, copiers, vending machines, etc.)
  • Conduct daily walk-throughs of facility, ensuring a professional environment and office image.
  • Identify any issues which require attention and address accordingly
  • Maintain a professional and appearance and upbeat positive manner at all times.
  • Act as an effective team member.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2-3 years prior experience as Receptionist/Administrative Assistant required
  • Experience answering a multi-line phone system
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
  • Outstanding organizational and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Personal traits of a high-level commitment, motivation, energy, team orientation, professionalism, trust, personal honesty and integrity, and a demonstration of placing others in a place of high value.

Security Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship or naturalized citizenship is required for this position.
  • All work on all positions at Signature Performance must be completed in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Compensation Range

$22-$24/hour
