Our client supports adults living with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) to reduce crisis, avoid hospitalization, and thrive in their communities. As Team Lead, you’ll guide a passionate team, provide leadership and direct client care, and shape a program that empowers recovery and wellness every day. This position offers a $5,000 hiring bonus and a $5,000 retention bonus after two years.

What You’ll Do
Lead & Support Your Team:

  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to program team members.
  • Hire, coach, and develop staff with onboarding, training, performance coaching, and growth planning.
  • Organize team assignments, ensuring alignment with client needs and treatment goals.
  • Promote a positive, trauma-informed, recovery-focused team culture.

Deliver Client Care & Community Impact:

  • Carry a direct service caseload, providing advanced clinical care (assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning).
  • Provide on-call crisis support on a rotating schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays as assigned).
  • Coordinate client admissions, care plans, and continuity of services.
  • Collaborate with community partners to ensure smooth transitions and strong support networks.
  • Transport clients to appointments or community resources as needed.
  • Support family education and community integration efforts.

Drive Program Excellence:

  • Lead program evaluation, data collection, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with community partners to ensure continuity of care.
  • Prepare and present program status reports to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, legal requirements, and model fidelity.
  • Participate in grant initiatives and help implement new programming.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field and current licensure as a LIMHP are required.
  • Five years’ behavioral health experience, with at least three years serving adults with serious mental illness.
  • Prior program management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold quality standards.
